Tower Tops Out at Hudson Yards

A new mixed-use, 38-story tower topped out in mid-July in the neighborhood around Hudson Yards on the West Side of Manhattan.

“As this new building rises, we are excited to see 515 West 36th St. seamlessly integrate into the New York City skyline,” said Ismael Leyva, president of Ismael Leyva Architects, which designed the tower on the future Hudson Blvd. Its curtain wall system will combine vision glass, spandrel glass and stone panels, according to the architect.

Developed by Lalezarian Properties, the mixed-use tower will include 251 residential condominiums, retail in the cellar, the ground floor and third floor, and parking on the 2nd floor.
