Tower Research Capital Inks 122K SF at 120 Broadway 

Trading and tech firm Tower Research Capital is relocating its global headquarters to 120 Broadway in downtown Manhattan. The firm signed a 15-year, 121,903-square-foot office lease at the landmarked Equitable Building with Silverstein Properties. 

The building’s owner recently completed major capital improvements including The Bankers Club, a tenant-exclusive penthouse with terraces, a lounge, café, and food hall. The building also offers a range of other amenities. Tower Research Capital will take up the 37th to 39th floors from Q4 2024. Other tenants in the building including Chase Bank and the New York City Housing Development Corporation. 

Joseph Artusa and Harlan Strader of Silverstein Properties, and Scott Klau, Brian Waterman and Erik Harris of Newmark represented the landlord in the deal. Luke Raimondo, Mark Weiss and Michael Mathias of Cushman & Wakefield, and Joseph Doherty, Don Wehmann and Matthew Faucetta of Tower Research Capital represented the tenant in the deal.
