Tower Holdings Brings in Valenzuela on Development Side

Kali Valenzuela has joined Tower Holdings Group’s real estate development firm, Time Square Development Group LLC, as director of acquisitions and real estate development, based in Midtown.

A 15-year-plus industry veteran, Valenzuela will provide leadership acquisitions and new business development, client and partner relations, contract negotiations, project underwriting, sourcing capital and debt financing, among others.

Prior to joining Time Square Development, Valenzuela served as acquisitions manager for GDC Properties, leading the management and execution of acquisitions for the New York-based developer. Before GDC, Kali was director of acquisitions & business development for MBH Acquisitions, a New York real estate investment company, and earlier worked with other leading real estate development and investment firms.

“We are delighted to have Kali join our management team, and look forward to his expertise in new business and acquisitions, which are key to our continued growth and development,” said Tower Holdings CEO Kevin O’Sullivan.
