Tower finances another BTR community in Phoenix

Tower Capital Arranges Loan for Phoenix BTR Community

Tower Capital has arranged a $51.5 million construction loan for another Build-to-Rent (BTR) community in Phoenix. The company has now far exceeded the $1 billion dollar mark in construction financing for BTR communities.

Zen Investing and 10Y will manage the 190-unit development, which broke group last month. It will be built on 12 acres at 83rd Avenue and Thomas Road. 

Completion is expected in October 2025. The development, Skyview by Zen, will include two-story townhomes. They will have two 2-car garages and floor plans averaging 1,420 square feet. One layout features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and an office, while another encompasses a dual-owner suite configuration with 2.5 baths and an office. 

Tower Capital’s Kyle McDonough, managing partner and co-founder, and George Maravilla, partner, arranged the financing on behalf of Zen and 10Y.
