Tower Capital Brings on Debt and Equity Specialist for Rocky Mt. Region

Tower Capital is continuing to expand into the Rocky Mountain Region with the addition of Matt Hiltner, who will serve as Vice President in the firm’s Denver office. Hiltner specializes in debt and equity placement for ground-up and existing multifamily, single-family build-for-rent, and residential communities in the western U.S. and Mountain states.  

Tower Capital expanded into Denver last year with the addition of Steve Chiles, a veteran capital markets leader who serves as Senior Managing Director and typically focuses on arranging equity for developments. Hiltner is expected to continue focusing on the debt side of structured finance. Tower’s Adam Finked had this about Matt, “Based on his experience on the direct lending side with two previous construction lenders, we believe he’s a perfect addition and complement to the Tower team.”

Hiltner graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. In his downtime, he enjoys golfing, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and three children.
