Tower Capital has hired former LaSalle Investment Management principal Kevin Wieland as an executive vice president in the Rocky Mountain region

Tower Capital Bolsters Rocky Mountain Presence with New SVP

Kevin Wieland is joining Tower Capital as an SVP in Denver, advancing the firm’s expansion in the Rocky Mountain region. The former principal at LaSalle Investment Management will be responsible for arranging debt and equity capital for investors to acquire, develop, reposition or refinance commercial real estate projects in the Rockies and key West Coast markets.

“Arranging structured financing for commercial real estate today requires capital markets leaders like we have assembled in Denver who can navigate through tremendous bank industry volatility and economic uncertainty to efficiently arrange needed financing for investors, sponsors and borrowers,” said Adam S. Finkel, principal and co-founder at Tower Capital. “Adding a seasoned and skilled institutional investment asset management leader like Kevin continues to solidify our presence and establish market credibility across the entire Western U.S.”

Wieland served more than 13 years at LaSalle, a direct lender involved in financing highly structured bridge loans across key commercial real estate asset classes, and its predecessors. During two stints with the organization, he was responsible for originating, sourcing, structuring, underwriting and closing more than $1.3 billion in debt investments.
