Transcontinental Realty at it Again: Tower Bay Lofts is Under Construction

A little more than a week after announcing it began construction on Lakeside Lofts in Farmers Branch, TX, Transcontinental Realty Investors Inc.(TCI) and subsidiary Abode Properties indicated it broke ground on the 308-unit Tower Bay Lofts in Lewisville, TX. The four-story apartment complex is going north on the former site of an RV park at 3000 N. Stemmons Fwy.

The unit mix includes studio apartments as well as one and two-bedroom units, and two-bedroom penthouse lofts. Floor plans range from 679 to 1,604 square feet. On-site amenities will include resort-style pools, a parking garage, fitness center with spin room and rooftop deck lounge, on-site dog park and salon, bocce ball court, storage units, bike rentals and fire pits.

“Tower Bay is located in the middle of the primary growth path of the area. It is anticipated that the Lewisville market will continue to be in the forefront of future growth of the greater Dallas area,” said TCI’s President and CEO Daniel J. Moos.
