Touro Secures Two Irving Apartment Complexes

The two projects, Asher Park and Rustic Ridge, are right next to each other. The Touro Company secured financing for the acquisition through Institutional Property Advisors Los Angeles office, led by Brian Eisendrath.

Built in 1974 and 1976, the two multifamily communities have 524 residential units between them. Both properties have pools, picnic area and dog park.

IPA’s Eisendrath says they were able to pull the deal off during pretty trying times, “Even amid market volatility, the debt fund lender held its terms throughout the two-month process.”
