Touro College Will Establish New Campus at 3 Times Square
Touro College and University System, one of the nation’s leading nonprofit institutions of higher and professional education under Jewish auspices, will create a new campus at the Rudin Family’s 3 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. The 32-year lease for 243,305 square feet includes a dedicated entrance and lobby on the southwest corner of 43rd Street and Seventh Avenue.
Seven of Touro’s schools will be housed in the location, including the College of Pharmacy, New York School of Career & Applied Studies, and the Graduate Schools of Business, Education, Jewish Studies, Social Work and Technology. Touro plans to move into the new space in January 2023.
Touro’s Jeffrey Rosengarten and Cushman & Wakefield’s Richard Bernstein, Steve Braun, Troy Elias and Jared Thal represented the college. Tom Keating of Rudin Management Company, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly, Lou D’Avanzo, Ron Lo Russo, Paige Engeldrum and Heather Thomas, represented ownership.
