Totokaelo to Open in NoHo

Totokaelo has leased three floors totaling 8,918 square feet of retail space at 190 Bowery, a landmarked building in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood.

Totokaelo first opened in Seattle in 2008 and quickly earned a reputation for sourcing avant-garde and directional designs.

“The synergy between Totokaelo’s innovative products and 190 Bowery’s unique and architecturally significant space will create an unforgettable retail experience for shoppers,” said Brandon Singer, managing director of Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the building owner, RFR, as leasing agents.

RFR continues to seek other long-term tenants for its newly-renovated, six-story, 38,000-square-foot building.
