Totah Group Handles Repeat Sale of San Diego Creative Office

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of North Park Creative Office, a 3,818-square-foot office property located at 4060 30th St. in San Diego. The asset sold for $2,700,000.

SVP investments Nick Totah and senior investment associate Ross Sanchez with The Totah Group of Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Dan Feder with F&F Properties, Inc. The buyer, Mike Weston with Weston Legal, PLLC, was also procured by Totah and Sanchez.

“We sold this property to our long-term client back in 2017, who now is selling it after six years, having outgrown the space; the property management firm relocated to a larger office in UTC,” said Totah. “The property was on the market for two months. We used Marcus & Millichap’s national reach to locate the buyer, who was looking to expand their legal firm from Texas and Florida and move into California.”

He added, “This sale represents one of the highest price-per-square-foot offices sold in North Park with unique midcentury modern creative office design.”
