Tosca Services Inks 60K-SF Industrial Lease in Norton

Reusable plastic packaging company Tosca Services has signed a 60,400-square-foot industrial lease at the Bluestar Business Park in Norton, MASS.

Located at 19 Leonard Street, Bluestar Business Park consists of 445,000 square feet of modern high bay fulfillment centers serving todays E-Commerce market. Tosca Services will be an occupant in Building number five where the organization will utilize 60,400 square-feet for its operations. The lease is set to commence in August 2021 with a 1,500 square-foot office space as well as an automated processing line for its washing system, shop and parts rooms, LED motion sensor lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system.

John Lashar and Danielle Simbliaris, of CBRE represented the landlord, Leonard Street B5 Owner LLC, in the lease transaction. Louis Pascuzzi of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Condyne Capital Partners is the developer of Bluestar Business Park.
