Torrington Properties has acquired the commercial building at 100 Domain Drive in Exeter, NH for $46.9 million.

Torrington Properties Acquires Flex Building in Exeter for $47M

Exeter, NH-based Torrington Properties has purchased the Class A, 263,000-square-foot flex building at 100 Domain Drive in Exeter, NH for $46.9 million.

The Boulos Company brokered the deal on behalf of the seller, Period Realty Trust.

The acquisition comes on the heels of Torrington’s fall 2021 purchase of Newington Park Shopping Center, a 102,000-square-feet of commercial, retail and medical office space in Newington, NH for $13.3 million.

100 Domain Drive provides office, manufacturing areas and high-bay warehousing. Torrington plans to modernize the building and breathe new life into its common areas, fitness facility and café.

Originally built in 1984, 100 Domain Drive was the former corporate headquarters of Tyco International, a producer of optical and electronic components at the time, until it vacated the space about 20 years ago.

When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
