Torrington Properties Acquires Durham Shopping Center for $9M 

Torrington Properties has acquired the Mill Road Plaza in Durham, NH from Colonial Durham Associates for $8.8 million.  

The 10-acre plaza is currently occupied by businesses including Hannaford, Allegiant Physical Therapy, Rite Aid, and Domino’s Pizza.  

Torrington looks to attract new businesses to fill the existing vacancies in the plaza. “Mill Road Plaza is a welcome addition to our growing retail and commercial portfolio,” said Matt Morgan said, Torrington’s chief operating officer. “This is an important piece of our investment strategy in grocery-anchored shopping centers.”
