Toro Reveals Plans for Cumming Rental Community
Toro Development Company (TDC) announced plans for Overlook, a 301-unit multifamily development within Cumming City Center. With the land closing and financing complete, construction will begin this month.
The loan for Overlook was provided by Pinnacle Financial Partners. EBSCO Real Estate is the sole equity partner on this development.
Overlook will feature amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, courtyard, social courtyard spaces, a sky lounge, micro-offices, and a dog park. The first units are expected to deliver in fall 2027.
Spanning 95 acres, Cumming City Center features shops, restaurants, green space, walking trails, an amphitheater for events and a new municipal building.
TDC is also currently underway on Medley, a $560 million, 43-acre mixed-use community in Johns Creek. Medley, which opens on October 29, features 164,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 110,000 square feet of office, a 150-key hotel, 883 luxury residences across apartments and townhomes and a 25,000-square-foot plaza.
