Toro Development Company Hires Kimberly Goetz as In-House Leasing Strategist
Alpharetta, GA-based Toro Development Company, LLC has welcomed Kimberly Goetz as vice president of leasing. Goetz will serve as the company’s in-house leasing expert and lead all third-party office and retail leasing partners in developing unique experiences at the team’s mixed-use projects.
Toro Development Company, LLC’s development pipeline includes Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use development in Johns Creek, GA; Ovation, a 145-acre mixed-use development in Franklin, TN; and Reid Flats, a 186-unit multifamily community in Atlanta, GA.
Prior to joining Toro Development Company, LLC, Goetz served as SVP of leasing for New Market Properties, where she led leasing for its portfolio of 54 retail centers across the Southeast. Before that, she served as leasing director for SITE Centers, where she became a top producer while handling a six million-square-foot portfolio.
