A 10.5-acre property, home to a recently constructed Topgolf facility, has been listed for sale. Northmarq is handling the listing with a team including Sean Tufts, Kevin Adatto, Joe Dugoni, Patrick O’Malley and Michael Salzman.

RealtyLink, a South Carolina developer, acquired the property for $27 million in 2019. Just last year, the new 74,000-square-foot Topgolf facility at 780 Logan Ave. N. opened, complete with a driving range, indoor swing suites, a full restaurant and bar, event space, and a rooftop terrace, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The sale is unrelated to the operations of the Topgolf Renton venue. The future buyer will simply become the venue’s landlord on the ground lease, obligated to honor all aspects of the existing lease. Topgolf, a Dallas-based company, operates approximately 70 full-scale driving ranges nationwide. Topgolf has expanded its presence in the Puget Sound region with its first-ever Topgolf Lounge in Kirkland and two swing suites in Bellevue and Seattle.
