All of the office space is leased at three landmark buildings overlooking Military Park in Downtown Newark, NJ., and the buildings are 100% occupied.

“This is the first time the Military Park Building at 60 Park Pl. is fully-occupied since our company acquired it 10 years ago, which speaks to the continually growing demand for Class A office space in Newark, especially near this beautiful park,” said Miles Berger, CEO of Berger Organization.

Military Park received a full make-over in 2014, and has a carousel, restaurant, ping pong tables and free Wi-Fi amid updated landscaping. “Since the park reopened in 2014, rents on our office spaces have risen three to five dollars a square foot, and room rates at the Robert Treat Hotel have gone up more than 35 percent,” said Beger.

Berger’s other two buildings overlooking the Park are 58 Park Pl. and the Robert Treat Center at 50 Park Pl.
