Top Law Firm Expands in Florham Park, NJ

Law firm Sherman Wells Sylvester & Stamelman expanded its headquarters in Park Place in Florham Park, NJ by 5,459 square feet. The law firm now occupies a full floor, totaling more than 20,000 square feet at the property.

“The expanded office space continues to reflect the firm’s core philosophy while providing the necessary plan for privacy, impromptu meeting space and collaboration,” said Ray Trevisan, executive managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the tenant in the transaction, both in the firm’s initial lease in 2014 at 210 Park Ave. and the current expansion. Transwestern represented the owner, Normandy Real Estate Partners.

“Sherman Wells’ goal was to create an innovative law firm, utilizing cutting edge technology with the ability to be nimble and better serve its clients,” said Trevisan.
