Top Brokers Honoree: NKF Capital Markets’ Kevin Shannon
Led by Kevin Shannon, NKF Capital Markets marketed and sold a total of $6.3 billion in commercial real estate properties in 2017. That includes office, industrial, self storage, retail, land and mixed-use assets.
For example, in November 2018, the team completed the $290 million sale of DreamWorks Animation’s Headquarters and Studio Campus, a 460,000-square-foot creative office campus in Glendale, CA. The site is 100% triple-net leased to DreamWorks. The iconic campus sold at a record price of $630-per-square-foot.
