Top Broker Honorees: Peter Kelly, Brett Ratay and Matt Hickey

The Lincoln Property Company (LPC) team of Peter Kelly, Brett Ratay and Matt Hickey represents the ownership of Class A office properties throughout suburban Chicago, totaling nearly 3.9 million square feet. In 2018, they arranged 927,788 square feet of leases on behalf of those owners, valued at $176 million.

As an example of their 2018 accomplishments, the LPC team helped the ownership of Kemper Lakes Business Center in Lake Zurich, IL navigate a handful of highly-complex lease extensions and expansions. These included a 235,000-square-foot transaction that will keep Dovenmuehle Mortgage at the complex well into the 2030s.

In total, Kemper Lakes Business Center enjoyed over 100,000 square feet of positive absorption in 2018, due largely to the team’s effective tenant relations and creative deal structuring.
