Top Broker Honorees: Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther

Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther founded the SRS National Net Lease Group and SRS Investment Sales Property Group in 2016. Since then, they have grown from two to more than 50 investment sales brokers and staff, while their annual dollar volume has followed a similar growth trajectory.

In 2018, the net lease group, under the leadership of Mousavi and Luther, amassed $950 million in sales transactions. Included in that total was the sale of more than 80 individual Ruby Tuesday locations to two separate portfolio investors, and the resale of more than 40 individual locations. Total consideration for these transactions exceeded $100 million.

The group also focuses on creative solutions, such as joint ventures and handling the entire capital stack to help bring a project to life.
