Top Broker Honorees: Jason West and Sean Henrick

Jason West and Sean Henrick lead an industrial brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield that represents top occupiers and institutional investors in the Chicago region’s I-55 and I-80 submarkets. The team has earned a reputation for uncovering opportunities, executing complex assignments and understanding the needs of buyers, sellers and owners.

2018 represented a banner year for the West/Henrick team, which completed 96 leasing deals totaling $470 million. One of the more complex transactions was the sale of a highly-specialized 280,000-square-foot facility: a USDA meat processing plant in Montgomery, IL.

The team showed creativity on a leasing assignment in Arlington Heights, turning an antiquated flex industrial facility into a long-term, Class A office lease for United Airlines, one of the suburban market’s biggest deals in 2018.
