Top Broker Honorees: Jason Rosauer and Rob Anderson

Jason Rosauer and Rob Anderson of Kidder Mathews lead an investment brokerage team that specializes in Pacific Northwest sales of office, industrial, land development, retail and waterfront sites. Along the way to amassing a 12-month tally of $325 million, the team cleared a number of high hurdles.

The sale of MidTown Center, a 2.4-acre site in Seattle’s Central District, is a case in point. Assembled over 70 years by a tightly-held family investment company, the site was encumbered with, among other things, diverse community interests, a potential upzoning with additional density, and numerous lawsuits brought by one partner/family member.

Rosauer and Anderson ultimately created a partnership between a for-profit developer and a nonprofit developer with roots in this community, and the deal was completed.
