Top Broker Honorees: Greg Harris, Kevin Green and Joe Grabiec

Greg Harris, Kevin Green and Joe Grabiec comprise the SoCal IPA team within Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors. Year in and year out, they maintain a commanding market share, and the $1.4 billion of transactions the team completed in 2018 is a prime example.

A highlight of the year was the Greystar Santa Clarita Valley Portfolio. The 720-unit, two-property portfolio sold for a combined value of more than $247 million. The properties were built in 1992 and 1999, respectively, and were sold to two different buyers.

Another 2018 highlight was the Fairfield Warner Center Portfolio, a 488-unit two-property portfolio that sold for a combined value of more than $175 million. Both the Greystar and Warner Center deals were the largest transactions in their respective submarkets last year.
