Top Broker Honorees: David Burden and Tom Berarducci

Colliers International’s David Burden and Tom Berarducci had an exceptional year in 2018, closing 94 office leasing transactions totaling more than one million square feet and valued at $150 million.

As a team they completed the largest number of transactions for Colliers in the region, along with some of the most complex. Burden was the top producer overall for the firm’s Chicago region, while Berarducci had a career year that resulted in not one, but two production-based promotions.

Notable transactions include IAT Insurance’s 60,000-square-foot headquarters lease in Raleigh, NC; Corix Group’s 27,000-square-foot headquarters lease in Chicago; and Arjo’s 62,000-square-foot lease in Addison, IL. A significant portion of the deals completed by Burden and Berarducci resulted in positive net absorption for their respective local office leasing markets.
