Top Broker Honorees: Dan Leahy and Adam Roth

NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy and Adam Roth are a renowned team in the Chicago industrial real estate market, and specialize in providing logistics, transportation, supply chain and real estate solutions.

For more than a decade, CenterPoint Properties has trusted the leasing team to represent its largest capital investment project, the 6,400-acre CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Joliet/Elwood, IL, approximately 40 miles from Chicago. In 2018, there were a variety of lease and sale transactions completed at the intermodal campus, reportedly North America’s largest inland port. Notably, Home Depot executed a 16-year lease for 250,456 square feet of newly-constructed distribution and expansion space.

All told, Leahy and Roth executed on more than three million square feet of industrial leases during 2018, valued at more than $100 million.
