Top Broker Honorees: Cliff David and Steve Gebing

Cliff David and Steve Gebing graduated from a friendship forged in high school to becoming a leading brokerage team at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap. Since joining the firm more than 12 years ago, they have earned a solid reputation as top multifamily investment advisors in Arizona. Colleagues say that David and Gebing have achieved “extreme success” while supporting the business goals of investors throughout the state.

As a measure of that extreme success at IPA, the duo racked up more than $1.2 billion in sales across 49 transactions. Their largest deal of 2018 was Red Mountain Villas, a 768-unit multifamily property in Phoenix that was developed in three phases, and which sold last January for more than $100 million.
