Top Broker Honorees: Bruce Miller, Nooshin Felsenthal, Justin van Blaricom and Eric Johnston

JLL’s Chicago capital markets group, led by International Director Bruce Miller and Managing Director Nooshin Felsenthal, focuses on office sales and recapitalizations in the Windy City and throughout the Midwest. The team, including VPs Justin van Blaricom and Eric Johnston, amassed $2.7 billion of sales in 2018.

Among the year’s highlight was the $305-million sale of 175 W. Jackson by an ultra-high net worth European family advised by Extell Development to a Brookfield-sponsored private real estate fund. “The next stage of 175 W. Jackson’s life as a progressive downtown Chicago work environment will be exciting to see,” Miller said.

The team also arranged the sale of Chicago’s 833,000-square-foot Sullivan Center to 601W Companies, and Beacon Capital’s buy of 303 E. Wacker for $182 million.
