Top Broker Honorees: Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Ryan Sitov

Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Ryan Sitov lead the industrial capital markets practice for the Western U.S. within JLL’s capital markets group. From that vantage point, they completed 50 sales valued at more than $1.5 billion in 2018.

Leading off were a pair of portfolio sales averaging five million square feet each. The team completed the off-market sale of VanTrust Real Estate’s 5.1-million-square-foot portfolio to Global Logisitics Properties US in a $425-million deal, and was involved in a 4.9-million-square-foot STAG portfolio sale to Exeter Property Group.

Within California, the Mills-led team sold the newly-built Gateway 80 industrial park in the Bay Area for $100 million. The deal was much sought-after, since new construction, large-scale logistics buildings rarely come to market in the region.
