Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Relyea

Tim Relyea of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc., arranged a total of 3.1 million square feet of office leases in 2017, with a total dollar figure of $648 million.

Relyea is routinely one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top producers nationally and globally, and has been its #1 producer in the world five times. He is also in the Houston (NAIOP) Hall of Fame.

His 64 transactions in 2017 include the successful negotiation with NRG Energy, Inc. to lease over 431,000 square feet at 910 Louisiana (the building formerly known as One Shell Plaza). It was one of the largest office leases completed in the Houston area last year.
