Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group
Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group is the most active team of brokers in the Southeast — number one in market share, based on transactions and sales volume reported to CoStar.
Led by Josh Goldfarb (pictured), Marc Robinson and Mike Kemether, the team sold 268 apartment properties totaling $4.8 billion, an increase of more than a third (34.6%) from 2016.
As an example, the 125 apartments at 675 N. Highland, in Atlanta’s historic Virginia-Highland neighborhood, sold for $323,120 per unit. That’s the highest price per apartment recorded by C&W in the Southeast in 2017.
