Top Broker Honoree: CBRE’s Sacha Zarba
Sacha Zarba of CBRE was responsible for 1.4 million square feet of office leasing in 2017. These 32 transactions had a total value of $1.3 billion.
As the local leader in the representation of TAMI (technology, advertising, media and information industries), Zarba was part of the CBRE team that led negotiations for Netflix’ first New York City office, a 11,592-square-foot sublease from Twitter at 245 W. 17th St. in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
He also helped M.A.C. Cosmetics, owned by Estee Lauder, find a 86,000-square-foot space at One Soho Square.
