Top Broker Honoree: Robert McGee

With more than 10 years experience servicing greater Houston, Lee & Associates’ Robert McGee is well-versed in marketing his clients’ properties for sale or lease to successfully fulfill their property needs. In 2018, he completed 53 sales on behalf of his clients, with total dollar volume of $140 million.

One of his most notable transactions in 2018 was the sale of a 930,000-square-foot facility on 200 acres to a foreign buyer, represented by McGee and two colleagues. McGee also successfully represented another buyer in the purchase of 285 acres of industrial land for development.

Several of McGee’s larger transactions in 2018 occurred off-market, where he was consistently able to provide more options to his clients due to his in-depth knowledge and insight of the Houston market.
