R. Todd Doney of CBRE Group Inc. closed 106 leasing transactions totaling 3.2 million square feet of office space in 2017. Total value of these deals was $785 million.

Doney continues to be one of the most active brokers representing institutional owners in Los Angeles. Notable deals included City National Bank’s 108,000-square-foot expansion at Two California Plaza, bringing its total in the building to approximately 350,000 square feet.

His transactions also included Quest Diagnostics’ renewal and extension for 200,000 square feet in West Hills, CA. In addition, Doney was awarded the leasing assignment by Worthe Real Estate on the 3.2-million-square-foot Burbank office portfolio that Blackstone recently recapitalized for $1.7 billion.
