Top Broker Honoree: Philip Voorhees

Vice-chairman Philip Voorhees heads CBRE’s National Retail Partners – West, a team which has all-time closings of $11.2 billion. In 2018, the team represented sellers of retail properties in $1 billion worth of transactions across California and the West.

Since joining CBRE in 2001, Voorhees has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers. In 2015, he was the company’s No. 1 retail investment broker nationally. As a testament to his success, last year he was promoted to vice-chairman, the highest producer ranking at CBRE.

“Phil has earned this title through a relentless focus and drive, exceptional execution and consistent high performance,” said senior managing director Jeffrey Moore, who helps lead the Orange County market for CBRE and oversees retail services for Southern California.
