Joseph Koicim of Marcus & Millichap closed sales of mixed-use and apartment properties totaling $704 million in 2017. His 57 transactions totaled 974,243 square feet of space.

His most recent notable deals include the $120-million sale of a portfolio in the West Village, a $61-million sale of a 78-unit doorman building on the Lower East Side and the $76-million sale of the largest portfolio sold in Brooklyn.
