Mike McCrary and Peter McWilliams of JLL closed transactions to lease a total of 15.8 million square feet of industrial space in 2017. These 42 deals had a total value of $1.1 billion.

McCrary and McWilliams co-lead JLL’s Inland Empire Industrial Team. Specializing in institutional “big box” product, McCrary was one of the Top Ten Brokers in the Los Angeles Region in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017, and is an active member of JLL’s Executive Industrial Counsel.

McWilliams was the #1 ranked industrial broker for JLL nationally in 2016, as well as in 2011 and 2013, and has been consistently one of the Top Ten Brokers in the Los Angeles Region in 2011 through 2017. He has worked in the Inland Empire since 1987.
