Top Broker Honoree: Marc Renard
Marc Renard has consistently been recognized as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s top-producing brokers. He has led the sales efforts of more than 500 properties with an aggregate value of more than $35 billion.
In 2018, Renard completed over three dozen capital markets transactions with total deal value exceeding $1.5 billion, including many of Los Angeles County’s most prominent investment sales.
For example, he arranged the sale of The Fifty Five Fifty, a 280-unit-apartment asset in East Hollywood, for $148 million. Here, Renard’s expertise and in-depth market knowledge contributed significantly to attracting the right buyer interest.
He also brokered the $132-million sale of the Union Bank Building, a 97,036-square-foot trophy in Beverly Hills, to CIM Group. The property hadn’t traded in more than 40 years.
