Lee Shapiro of Kennedy Wilson closed deals totaling $1.7 billion in 2017. He specializes in leasing commercial real estate, though he also has experience in merchandising, repositioning, leasing and disposing of retail, office and mixed-use assets. Based in Beverly Hills, CA, Shapiro closed 26 transactions last year totaling 327,477 square feet of space.

Lee and his DTLA partner, Justin Weiss, completed 10 transactions in DTLA in 2017. These included one of the largest restaurant deals of the year, for Genwa Korean BBQ at 1000 Grand by Windsor. Commercial space at the property is now fully leased, with a rich tenant mix also including Healthy Spot and Pizza Fire.
