John Wolf of NKF closed leasing deals that totaled 260,979 square feet of industrial and office space in 2017. These 30 transactions had a total value of $48 million.

Based in Dallas, his deals in 2017 included Siemens’ renewal of its 75,000-square-foot office and medical lab space in Berkeley, CA. Representing the tenant, Wolf navigated a tight market resulting in an under-market offer that created substantial economic savings for Siemens on the $47-million transaction. He also represented Siemens in a 120,000-square-foot lease in Dallas.
