John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners closed on leasing transactions of industrial space totaling $177.3 million in 2017.

Ferruzzo has received recognition from NAIOP, Costar, and the Houston Business Journal as one of the top-producing industrial brokers in the city. He has been involved in the real estate industry for 22 years, and joined NAI Partners in October 2000.

He is one of the main stockholders of NAI Partners.
