Top Broker Honoree: NKF’s Jesse Weber

Jesse Weber of Newmark Knight Frank closed transactions to lease a total of 756,954 square feet of office and mixed-use space in 2017. His 39 deals had a total value of $227 million.

A leasing specialist, he represents tenants and landlords, overseeing NKF’s Central Texas business. His deals in 2017 include WorkWellWin’s lease of 50,000 square feet of space in Eightfold, in the East Austin neighborhood of Austin, TX.

Covering over 120 acres on the former Motorola campus, the site had been vacant for a decade. Eightfold will be the largest “innovation center” in the U.S. Weber has been working exclusively with Eightfold Development, the project’s developer, for several years on its five-year, $500-million plan to redevelop the campus.
