Top Broker Honoree: Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey Cole

A consistent top producer for Cushman & Wakefield, Jeffrey Cole has over 34 years of real estate experience. He completed $2 billion in sales of industrial, office and other commercial real estate properties in 2017. The 26 transactions added up to 24.8 million square feet.

These deals include many of Orange County’s most high profile and top-ranked investment transactions, both in size and value, as well as price per square foot achieved.

For example, Cole arranged the $87.4-million sale of 18301 Von Karman, an 11-story Class A office tower totaling over 230,600 square feet. The price translates to $380 per square foot.
