Glen Kunofsky is Marcus & Millichap’s top agent in 2017 and runs the top brokerage group at the firm, where he focuses on net lease properties. He closed sales of commercial real estate totaling $2 billion in 2017. His 440 transactions totaled 4.5 million square feet of space.

Kunofsky’s transactions include his work to facilitate the acquisition of Bob Evans Restaurants, Red Lobster and other institutions by completing over $400 million in simultaneous, institutional sale-leasebacks.

Also, through his exclusive 1031 exchange engagements, Kunofsky and his team execute extremely complicated exchanges with a variety of deadlines and capital structures. In 2017, he represented over $400 million in exclusive exchange proceeds from investors throughout the country.
