Darcy Stacom of CBRE closed sales of commercial real estate totaling $5.5 billion in 2017. Her 14 transactions  totaled 72 million square feet of office space.

She once again spearheaded New York’s biggest and most important commercial real estate transactions in 2017. That includes the sale of 245 Park Ave. for $2.25 billion to HNA Group of China, which ranks as the second-highest single-property sale in New York history. No other office deal in the country last year topped $1 billion.

For the sale of the soon-to-be-renovated 1100 Avenue of the Americas, Stacom also created a ground lease, structured to provide ownership with uninterrupted cashflow with no capital investment, minimal risk and full upside. The sale also achieved record ground rents.
