Top Broker Honorees: Cresa’s Gerald Porter and Matthew Miller

Gerald Porter and Matthew Miller of Cresa Los Angeles closed leasing transactions totaling 2.3 million square feet of office space in 2017. These 42 deals had a total value of $401 million.

Porter and Miller have been a team for 31 years, and are responsible for some of the largest tenant transactions in Southern California and nationally, according to colleagues.

Notable transactions include leases exceeding 100,000 square feet each for Riot Games, Oracle Corp. and AeroVironment. In addition, the team represented Oracle in the purchase of a 46,000-square-foot office building in Santa Monica.
