The Cabrera Team at Colliers International arranged leases totaling 15.8 million square feet of office space in 2017. These 42 transactions had a total value of $1.1 billion.

The team’s deals included the largest law firm deals in New York City and Connecticut, as well as a major relocation from the West to the East Coast, and a trading company’s consolidation in Downtown Manhattan.
