Top Broker Honoree: Bob Safai

Bob Safai is the founding partner and president of Madison Partners, a boutique investment sales firm based in Los Angeles. Since founding Madison Partners in 1996, he has participated in the sale, leasing and financing of more than $27 billion in assets.

Simple math suggests that the firm is a high-volume business, and indeed, Safai did a total of $1 billion in sales across 25 transactions during 2018. A case in point was 433 N. Camden Dr. in Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle.

Safai and his team arranged the $193-million sale of the 207,432-square-foot, Class A office property to Starpoint Partners, and also lined up the acquisition financing from Natixis. In addition, Madison Partners has been retained by the new ownership to continue leasing at the property.
