
Top 10 Brooklyn Deals Add Up to $468M
The 10 biggest real estate deals in Brooklyn in the second quarter reportedly add up to $468.3 million, according to a recent tally by Real Capital Analytics (RCA).
The biggest sales include a warehouse in Williamsburg, a piece of a famous office complex, and several homes.
– The top deal was the $160 million purchase of the quarter-million-square-foot CitiStorage building in the Williamsburg neighborhood by the City of New York
– The number two deal was the $87.5 million sale of the 11-story Jehovah’s Witness building on the Brooklyn waterfront by Clipper Equity
– The number three deal was the $68 million sale of a property at 633 Fulton St. in the Fort Greene neighborhood that will allow the buyer, the Rabsky Group, to expand its 36-story office tower by more than 150,000 square feet.
